The High School We would like to appeal to friends to pray for the high school section of the Bala Mercy Children's Centre, currently the high school has population of about 120 students, and we will be forced to close the school next year 2012 due to the cost of running the school, currently it costs about US$ 6000 monthly of sterling pounds 4500 per month to run the high school that besides the capital costs such as for construction of the classrooms, and other developments capital costs, we thank God and we are grateful to all friends who had helped to build the three classrooms, the science lab, and other facilities and as we approach the next year we need serious help towards the sustainability of the High school as all of you knows that the students does not pay school fees, and its costs US$ 600 or GBP 450 to pay school fees per student in high school per year.and since all students here are orphans and they cant afford even Penny to have them in school. we appeal to friends to come out and help the centre keep the school running. The centre needs US$ 6000 or GBP 4500, monthly to be able to continue running the centre, or get sponsorship or scholarship for well performing students of US$ 600 or GBP 450 PER YEAR. Your prayers and support is needed now to keep the high school running. Due to the high cost of living and the effects of droughts the centre needs urgent assistance in the area of feeding and general care of the orphans. May the Good Lord bless you.
